The process

How it works

From your first upload to a clear, structured report — here's exactly what happens at every step, and what you can do with what you learn.

Your journey, step by step

01

Choose your service

Start by selecting the relationship type and service that fits your situation. Monitors track patterns over time across multiple check-ins. Analyzers and Analyses deliver a single deep-dive review of a defined period. Not sure which fits? The service descriptions explain the difference — or you can contact us before purchasing.

Available for romantic relationships, friendships, family, parent-child, divorce, and co-parenting.

02

Upload your communications

Share the messages, texts, or chat exports you want analyzed. You can upload screenshots, exported chat files, or typed summaries of conversations. You can also describe offline interactions — things said in person that aren't captured in writing.

All uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. Your files are never used for training, shared with third parties, or retained beyond your analysis window.

03

We analyze the patterns

Our analysis works through six dimensions: communication clarity, effort and investment, trust and honesty, boundaries, connection and warmth, and change over time. Each dimension is examined against what's actually present in your uploads — not assumptions, not generalizations.

We note what the evidence supports, what it doesn't, and where the picture is incomplete. Counterexamples are included, not filtered out.

04

Receive your report

Your report is delivered privately to your portal. It's structured with clear sections: observations, supporting evidence, confidence levels for each finding, and practical next steps. Every claim is tied to something specific in your communications.

Reports are written to be read without a therapist present. They're honest, direct, and free of jargon.

05

Decide what comes next

The report is yours to use however you choose. Some people use it to start a conversation. Some use it to get clarity before making a decision. Some share it with a therapist or counselor as a starting point. We don't tell you what to do — we give you a clear picture so you can decide.

If something in the report needs clarification, you can request a correction or follow-up note through your portal.

Monitors vs. Analyzers — what's the difference?

We offer two types of service. The right one depends on what you're trying to understand.

Monitors

Track patterns over time

A Monitor is an ongoing service. You submit communications across multiple periods — weeks or months — and we track how patterns are shifting. Are things improving? Staying the same? Getting worse in specific areas? Monitors are best when you want to understand a relationship's trajectory, not just a single moment.

Best for: relationships in flux, co-parenting arrangements, situations where you want to check in regularly.

Analyzers & Analyses

Deep review of a defined period

An Analyzer or Analysis is a single, thorough review. You upload communications from a defined window of time and receive one comprehensive report. It goes deeper than a Monitor check-in — examining patterns, contradictions, and what the evidence does and doesn't support across all six dimensions.

Best for: a specific period you want to understand, a relationship you're evaluating, or a situation that needs a clear one-time picture.
